About 20 Humboldians took the stage to share ideas and discuss their research interests and experience.

The round-table discussion focused on the topics of “international cooperation” and “interdisciplinary collaboration” and was hosted by Profs. Xu Zhang and Yu Nie. The participants had an active discussion, and Prof. Zhu shared his experience, pointing out that international cooperation requires building bridges of friendship, maintaining independence, acting honorably and having the courage to lead.

The forum was concluded by Prof. Fang Wang. This academic activity provided a platform for open and cooperative exchanges between scientific and technological personnel in many fields, including physics, chemistry, medicine, biology, earth science, environmental science and materials science. These will be important to lay a solid foundation to further strengthen scientific research cooperation.
