As a port on Yangtze River, Nanjing is a major industrial city and communication center where the Institute of Soil Science, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Soil Science Society of China are located.

This cosmopolitan vibe is well-complemented by a diverse set of attractions that provide both learning and recreation opportunities. Among the most culturally-enriching places, you can visit the Jiming Temple, Xuanwu Lake, Qinhuai River and Nanjing Sifang Art Museum.

Travel Information

It is easy to get to Nanjing by bullet train and air as it is one of the China’s key transport centers. There is Nanjing Lukou International Airport serving to 78 domestic cities and 35 international cities, 2 bullet train stations, Nanjing Railway Station and Nanjing South Railway Station connecting Nanjing with most cities in China, 11 metro lines in operation providing a fastest and safest way to travel around Nanjing.

Venue

The conference venue is International Youth Convention Hotel, an iconic convention center in Nanjing. Featuring complimentary parking, an indoor swimming pool and a wellness area, 5-star International Youth Convention Hotels is set just a 10-minute walk away from Nanjing International Expo Center in Nanjing. The hotel is set in Jian Ye district and features an Asian restaurant.

The hotel is about 10 minutes by car from Wanda Plaza. The Memorial of the Nanjing Massacre is reachable within a 15-minute ride.
